HR Tech Report 2011 is now available

We’ve released this years annual survey detailing Australian organisations use of HR Technology.
We had over 250 organisations representing 1,000,000 employees.
Analysed by industry type and organisation size, key findings include:
- HR department’s employ 1 HR person for every 101 employees and 1 HR tech resource for every 1050 employees.
- Talent Management applications will to start threaten traditional HRIS
- Operational efficiency is the main motivator behind improving HR Systems.
- Business Intelligence tools are not popular in organisations with less than 5,000 employees.
It’s a big report, over 60 pages. We’d recommend reading the sections according to your organisation size and industry.
